An original kimono design inspired by
a costume Hamasaki Ayumi wears in one of her music
videos. Our customer was given a choice of fabrics, obi
belts, and obi ribbon. This kimono is trimmed in gold and
has its obi bow permanently tied, one only has to attach it onto
the belt.
Though we were unable to match the
color of Ayumi's kimono (customer herself chose a red kimono
fabric instead), twice a year, Naomi visits Japan where there is a
much better fabric selection. Should you decide to order any
costume from us, with a particular Japanese fabric or color in
mind, we can probably find it for you in Japan. We also
carry in our store, a limited selection of authentic, Japanese obi and kimono
fabric where you can choose which one you like best for any
creation you have in mind. Please ask us for details.
